Real crimes and real evidence are out there but the police do not do their jobs .
Prosecutors should not be allowed to become judges.
Judges should have a two year term limit.
The court should have no corporate or political influences.
The court must reinstate speedy trials and operate 24/7 to guarantee it.
Why does the prosecutor get two turns to make the case?
First to layout the case, and then the defense gets their turn,
but again the prosecutor gets a second chance to yap. UNFAIR .
The defense should have the last word,
and the jury is there to protect the accused as well .
The court never gives the jury the entire picture of the process. Why ? ? ?
One trick of the court is to give prosecutor's favorable light, another dirty trick.
WHICH MEANS THE COURT SHOULD NOT INTERPET INTENT, ATTEMPT, NOR INCONCLUSIVE
AS BEING IN THEIR FAVOR, OR EVEN IMPLY IT.
Prosecutor's are allowed to lie. WHY ? ? ?
Prosecutors put on a drama stage production (improv) instead of doing their homework .
Prosecutors have no common sense to weigh the facts . AND EVEN LESS SENSE WHEN CREATING AND OVERREACH IN YEARS OF SENTENCING .
The judges do not control the game, only keeps score. WTF ? ? ?

Let's attack this system that removes kids from the families and creates a foster kids "pay to play" system. Expose the foster care give away and how China, Russia, and many other countries stopped feeding kids into this funnel. So America rolls their own .

even before conviction offenders face a whole new world of terror and danger, such as:
rape
murder
phycological torment
suicidal thoughts .
maimed by guards or prisoners
malnourishment
poor medical care
exposure to diseases: hep C, covid-19, and many more
loss of family, home, car, job ,ASSET SEIZURE ? ? ?
over and above loss of FREEDOM , & right to vote .
loss of right to produce offspring / parent .
after your release you get the perks of not being able to get a job , housing , no government aid , school loans, even more police harassments , and stupid probation & parole guidelines like taking time off from a job to come in to an appointment . or travel and so on and more , and more ..
